I provide a range of services regarding Real Estate from CMAs to facilitating the sale of Real property!
CMAs
I provide CMAs (Competitive Market Analysis) where I compare your home to what the market is and can find the average sale price of homes similar to yours to help us determine where we should start. CMAs also help with figuring out what type of property is within your budget as a buyer.
Consultation
I will meet with you in person, on a phone call, or via email to determine how well we could work together, and what you are looking for. This will help us to determine what your home is valued at, who we need to talk to, and what our search parameters can be for your dream home.
Agent
This will include me taking over all scheduling for showings, open houses, offers, closings, and any other headache that you will not have to deal with alone on your home buying/selling journey.
